Welcome to Meus Catalogos. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of our platform and the services offered through meuscatalogos.com (the “Platform”).

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Meus Catalogos is an online tool that lets you import products, organize photos, and generate PDF catalogs from ready-made templates. The service is provided “as is”, at its current stage of development, and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

2. Registration and account

To use the Platform's features you must create an account, providing information such as your name and email address. You are responsible for:

• keeping your login credentials confidential;
• providing true and up-to-date information;
• all activity carried out through your account.

If you become aware of unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately at the email address below.

3. Plans and payment

You can create catalogs for free within the limits of the free plan. For unlimited use and watermark removal, a subscription plan is available, billed on a recurring basis according to the cycle you choose (monthly or annual).

Current prices are listed on the pricing page. Price changes will be communicated with reasonable notice and only take effect in the next billing cycle.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, access to paid features continues until the end of the period already paid for and is not renewed automatically.

5. Acceptable use

By using the Platform, you agree not to:

• publish content that is illegal, offensive, misleading, or that infringes third-party rights;
• sell products prohibited under Brazilian law;
• attempt to access unauthorized areas, decompile, reverse engineer, or compromise the stability of the service;
• use the Platform to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam).

Violations may lead to suspension or termination of your account, without prior notice, depending on their severity.

6. User content

You retain all rights to the information, images, and text you enter into the Platform (“User Content”). By submitting it, you grant us a limited, royalty-free, revocable license to process it solely to operate the service — for example, to store, resize, and generate the final PDF.

You represent that you hold the necessary rights to your User Content and are solely responsible for it. We do not editorially curate catalogs, but we may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

7. Intellectual property

The brand, logo, design, source code, catalog templates, and other elements of the Platform are owned by Meus Catalogos and protected by applicable law. Access to the service does not transfer any rights over these elements.

8. Availability

We strive to keep the Platform available 24/7, but the service may experience interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, infrastructure failures, attacks, or events beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meus Catalogos is not liable for:

• data loss resulting from misuse, deletion by the user, or third-party failures;
• lost profits or indirect or consequential damages related to use of the service;
• content, business decisions, or negotiations conducted by users based on the catalogs generated.

10. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time, without prior notice. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update at the top. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.
