This Privacy Policy explains how Meus Catalogos collects, uses, shares, and protects the personal data of Platform users, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).
By using the Platform, you acknowledge the practices described below.
1. Who we are
Meus Catalogos is operated in Brazil and provides an online tool for creating product catalogs in PDF.
2. Data we collect
2.1. Data you provide to us
- Account registration: name and email address.
- Catalog content: product names, descriptions, codes, prices, and photos, plus your company details (logo, colors, contact info).
- Communications: messages exchanged with our support team.
2.2. Data collected automatically
- Browsing data: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, pages visited, date and time.
- Cookies and identifiers: tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to understand how the Platform is used and measure campaigns.
3. How we use your data
We use the data we collect for the following purposes:
- to create and maintain your account;
- to generate PDF catalogs from the information you provide;
- to process payments and manage your subscription;
- to provide support and answer questions;
- to send operational communications (about your account, billing, and relevant service updates);
- to improve the Platform, measure performance, and prevent fraud and abuse;
- to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Legal bases
Your data is processed under one of the legal bases set out in Article 7 of the LGPD, primarily: performance of a contract (use of the Platform), consent (where applicable, such as for marketing communications), legitimate interest (security and service improvement), and compliance with legal obligations.

8. Security

9. Data retention
We retain data for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or for the period required by applicable law. After that period, the data is deleted or anonymized.
When you delete your account, we remove your personal data and the content of your catalogs, except for information we are legally required to keep (for example, tax records).
10. Children and adolescents
The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children or adolescents. If you become aware of any such processing, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
